IPPC Coat Drive
The 2018 IPPC Coat Drive is officially over. We had another fantastic year. Our school district collected
over 700 warm, new and gently used coats, over 150 pairs of boots and more hats, gloves and scarves than we could count.
A special thank you to Shanna Larson for volunteering and setting up and collecting coats at Metea.
The coat drive is in its 13th year and still the response is overwhelming. We had 27 of our schools participate in the collection this year. Yesterday and today, social workers from our schools came to the drive and were able to 'shop' for their families in need. Those items will
be given to families during conferences. All the items remaining from our collection were picked up by volunteers from the East Aurora School District.
This is such a great event and we couldn't do it without all your help!
