The school is miraculously transformed into iconic destinations along Historic Route 66 and other famous locations around the USA, with all the amenities including games, music, food, tournaments, raffles, prizes and much more. The event is held at MVHS in May. As soon as we are back on campus, we will provide more important details for this Celebration of our Seniors.
Senior Scholarships
The Metea PTSA Senior Scholarship Program is administered by the Metea PTSA Scholarship Committee and Metea Valley High School Guidance Department. The PTSA Senior Scholarships are funded by the Metea PTSA. The scholarship is awarded and paid to the accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school at which the student is enrolled in the fall following the award announcement. Proof of enrollment is required and payment must be made by September 30. A Metea PTSA scholarship is a one-time award and is not renewable or deferrable. The Metea PTSA Scholarship Committee reviews all applications on the basis of the student statement, scholastic ability, leadership, letters of recommendation, and extra-curricular activities and/or work experience.

The selected Metea Valley senior student must meet the following criteria:
1. GPA at least a 2.5
2. Member of the Metea PTSA Click here to register
3. Copy of transcript

We encourage you start your application as soon as possible, for most of the scholarships require letters of recommendation. You should be sure to give the recommending adults as much time as possible to write their letter.
All information related to these scholarships, including any required forms, must be completed as soon as possible (CHECK DEADLINES!) and should be turned in to the Honor House. Students should see their counselor with any questions.
Graduation Signs
The PTSA sponsors MV signs for the yards of our seniors in April. Seniors will pick up their BLANK sign during designated dates towards the end of the school year. This way you can write your own name / nickname and place your sign where you choose! To volunteer to help distribute yard signs, contact: [email protected].
